30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Items purchased through discounted coupons or during sale are non-refundable.
Conditions for Returns:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer support at contact@nextbait.us with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Return Address: The customer bears the return shipping cost and sends the item to the warehouse address specified by customer support.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 Business days.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 25% is applicable for each restocked order.
Return Shipping Cost: To be borne by the customer
Defective or damaged products: No cost to the customer.
Customer remorse: Customer responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order.
